The Member Application document outlines
the process for becoming a member-owner of Larder Lake Co-op
by purchasing a $99.00 equity share through immediate payment or installment plans, with a
non-refundable administrative fee. Ownership rights depend on full payment, and members must
support the co-op’s mission, abide by governing documents, and are subject to approval. Members can
receive dividends and vote, with transferability at the board’s discretion.
